Your Responsibilities

Warehouse & Material Handling

  • Gather materials and replenish supplies for the assemblers.
  • Operate forklifts (A1-A4, B1-B4, D1 depending on the role) and sometimes also overhead cranes.
  • Unload and load goods in the receiving area.
  • Some variation between physical work and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with computers (SAP, Office) is an advantage.
  • Requires a liking for pace, collaboration, and order.

Assembly & Production

  • Assemble parts and components (sometimes with electrical or tool background as a merit).
  • Painting
  • Pack finished products for delivery.
  • Follow instructions carefully to ensure quality and safety.
  • Two-shift or weekend shifts are common.
  • Requires accuracy, a willingness to learn, and a sense of teamwork.
  • Forklift certification may be needed right from the start.

Administration & Support

  • Print documents from SAP and deliver them to production.
  • Manage orders, e.g., work clothes for production staff.
  • Support production with administrative flows.
  • Day shifts are the most common.
  • Requires computer skills and preferably experience with the Office suite.
  • Important to have structure, responsibility, and the ability to collaborate with both warehouse and production.

Working hours vary depending on the department between daytime, two-shift, five-shift, night, and weekend shifts.

Requirements and Merits

Requirements:

  • Class B driver's license
  • Swedish spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Forklift license (various qualifications depending on the role).
  • Overhead crane certification.
  • Computer skills are a plus, especially if you have worked in SAP or Office.
  • Industry experience, electrical background, or tool experience is advantageous – but not always a requirement.

Additional Information

Employment: You will be employed by us at Konsultia and work at our client company in Ludvika.
Employment type: Temporary, full-time.
